LUYOR-3421 Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter
The LUYOR-3421 Stereo Microscope Fluorescence Adapter is a versatile solution that adds multi-wavelength fluorescence imaging capability to standard stereo microscopes. It can also be used independently as a high-intensity excitation light source for macro-scale fluorescence observation.
Equipped with a 20 W high-power LED, the adapter delivers strong and uniform illumination over a large area, making it suitable for a wide range of samples. Users can select from up to six interchangeable wavelength modules (365 nm, 405 nm, 450 nm, 488 nm, 505 nm, and 530 nm) to detect fluorophores including BFP, GFP, EGFP, YFP, and RFP variants such as DsRed, mCherry, and tdTomato.
The excitation head features a BNC quick-connect interface, allowing fast and easy module changes. Additional wavelength modules can be purchased separately to expand the system's flexibility as research needs evolve.
